Kristina Krupinski

Licensed Professional Counselor

After completing her undergraduate degrees at DePaul University and graduate degree at Northeastern Illinois Univeristy, Kristina was licensed as a Illinois LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), certified as a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) and Illinois Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and taught psychology and addiction studies at the community college level. She is currently a registered Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor intern and is also studying to obtain her Health and Wellness Coaching certification.

She has over 15 years of experience supporting older children, adolescents and adult clients of all ages with a variety of behavioral health concerns including grief and loss, complex PTSD and dysregulation, life transitions, chronic stress, depression and bipolar disorder, general and social anxiety, creative blocks, career difficulties, addictions, disordered eating, health challenges,  ADHD and educational problems and relationship conflicts.

She includes trauma informed, attachment based, somatic mind/body connections, skills building and executive functioning support, expressive arts, EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) therapies in her work with clients.
